And if that's you we would love to have you join us**Your responsibilities**- Responsible for collections and reconciling accounts on month basis. Reconcile customer accounts to identify disputes, overpayments, create journal entries and oversee offsetting of credits and debits. Provide overall customer service to assigned accounts in matters concerning their accounts receivable balance and dispute resolution.- Communicate with product sales departments, branch plants, feld sales, and service personnel to resolve customer disputes.- Decision-making skills involving payment arrangements on disputed items or write-offs.- Classify past due accounts for monthly reporting to management.- Make recommendations to management on accounts or items that are potentially uncollectible.- Verify Bad debt reserve file- Develop good working relationships with relevant teams across different areas throughout the organization.- Maintain accurate information within the system, in compliance with company policies.- Support financial audit.- Focus on achieving work group's goals and strategies.You will have:- University degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent)- 1 year working experience in Cash Collection, AR or OtC department.- Very good command of English (written & spoken)- Working knowledge of Excel- Problem Solving and negotiation skills- Good communication skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Experience in a Shared Services and international environment would be an advantage- Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage**You will have**you will report to AMERICAS DIRECT CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO CREDIT MANAGERWhat we offer- Savings Fund doubled by us- Food coupons- Subsidized cafeteria- Transportation services- Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm- Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees- Employee Assistance Program- Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program- On-demand digital course library for professional development- Retirement benefits- Life Insurance**#LI-SP1****#LI-Hybrid**Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
