We provide immediate, precise, punctual, and specialized attention, as well as the prompt resolution of any incident that occurs in service companies.****Job Position: Service Desk Analyst (not remote)****Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:- Task Management- Processing Material shipments and tracking- Perform Store Pre-calls to inform the site about upcoming work- Provide project documentation to technicians- Other support as needed- Data Integrity- Assisting with project documentation- Ensuring project data is accurate- Communication- Establish and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external- Surfacing escalation concerns- Offer solutions for process improvements**Qualifications and Experience Required**:- Proficiency in the Microsoft Outlook- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments- Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve- Exceptional organizational skills- Any relevant certifications a definite plu- **To apply, please submit your resume in English.
