**Cross-sell Marketing Manager**The Cross-sell Marketing Manager is an individual responsible for the quality and timely delivery of marketing activities focused on the cross sell strategy and the business, in alignment with the brand identity and established growth goals, all in strict adherence to the processes and standards established to keep a controlled environment. Also, the position needs to track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns as well as business KPIs, make decisions based on analytics metrics, create insights that support best practices in online and offline communication channels, managing and executing within budget.As part of this role, you will also need to be a creative problem solver with a customer-centric oriented, all while working as part of a dedicated cross sell marketing team.Tasks- Organize, prioritize and attend to the tasks of the projects and guarantee the correct execution.- Caring for the customer experience in their customer journey- Identify and close gaps in available metrics and measurement along the entire cross-sell funnel.- Identify and analyze the performance of digital media and social networks through metrics to drive sales and channel performance.- Collaborate with coworkers in product, digital, data, retail, compliance, legal, and other areas to ensure successful execution of ad campaigns (online & offline) and deliver a great end-to-end customer journey.- Work in interdisciplinary teams to generate improvement strategies for bank products. To deliver better results, you will have to prove to be analytical and innovative when proposing and executing campaigns.- Design and execute tests that improve response rate and customer experience- Ensure consistent messaging throughout the creation of all customer communication materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and regulator mandates.- Keep control and track of the budget that will be exercised throughout the year**Qualifications**:- Strong skills to develop marketing strategies that help achieve business goals- Experience in planning, execution, monitoring and measurement omnichannel marketing strategies- Experience in driving sales through digital marketing and ecommerce- Ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively- Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills, with experience in communication with senior managers and executives- Talent to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively quantify and justify value created to both analytical and non-analytical audiences- Ability to work in multiple projects, challenges and meet tight deadlines required- **Job Family Group**:Marketing- **Job Family**:Marketing Generalist- **Time Type**:Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
