**Customs Manager****Company Description**CONCE, Consultores en Comercio Exterior y Agencia Aduanal, is a group of customs agents and specialists in foreign trade, with the expertise, knowledge, and skills to advise multinational companies as well as small and medium-sized companies in the administration of foreign trade operations in Mexico, the United States, and other countries for clients interested in conducting their business exchanges.**Role Description**This is a full-time role for a Customs Manager at **CONCE Consultores en Comercio Exterior y Agencia Aduanal**.The Customs Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all customs-related operations and compliance activities. This includes coordinating with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and accurate clearance of goods through customs procedures. The Customs Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with customs regulations and implementing best practices in customs management.**Qualifications**- Expert knowledge and experience in customs regulations and procedures (IMMEX, CIVA, OEA, Annexes 22, 24 & 30), reconciliation and reconstruction projects experience.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and manage a team- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish- Experience in foreign trade operations- Experiência en control de Anexo 30- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field**Salary**- Salary: Based on experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 21/07/2025
