Job Description Propósito del Rol: Garantizar la rentabilidad de las líneas de Consumo (A&H, Life y Personal Lines) para Puerto Rico, Panamá y Centro América; basados en la correcta suscripción y alineado con las políticas y directrices de la compañía. Principales Responsabilidades Coordinar al equipo local de Suscriptores, brindando apoyo técnico, lineamientos y garantizando el cumplimiento de los UW Guidelines para cada línea Ser el punto principal de contacto con las diferentes áreas de Chubb (Comrecial, Claims, Actuaría, Legal, Finanzas, etc.) y de Aliados externos para brindar apoyo en sus requerimientos y alcanzar objetivos de top y bottom line Revisar y aprobar todas las cotizaciones y renovaciones de nuevos negocios que queden dentro de la autoridad local Comunicación constante con UW Regional para garantizar el cumplimiento de tiempos de respuesta y alineación de objetivos Analizar condiciones y tarifas de los productos de las Líneas de Consumo, a nivel de suscripción solicitando al área Actuarial y/o Legal, modificaciones al producto o realizando modificaciones al cotizador, con la finalidad de obtener alternativas que mejoren la suscripción. Dar seguimiento periódico a los negocios nuevos y renovaciones mediante la elaboración y seguimiento de una bitácora o pipeline, para lograr un mayor control de los SLA establecidos de negocios cotizados y pendientes. Apoyar en la obtención de información requerida para elaborar los reportes que requiere la región o HO por cada línea de negocio. Encargarse del desarrollo de nuevos productos que el mercado o el equipo comercial requiera, en coordinación con el Equipo Regional y Home Office Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y orientación sobre los productos de la línea de negocio tanto al equipo comercial como al equipo de UW local Monitorear el desempeño del portafolio y realizar ajustes según sea necesario para mantener la rentabilidad de acuerdo los UW Guidelines de cada línea. Qualifications Título universitario en áreas como Actuaría, Administración de Empresas, Economía o Finanzas Microsoft Office medio - avanzado de Office (Excel - Word - PowerPoint) Conocimiento Power BI Amplia experiencia (5 a 10 años) en seguros. Principalmente en áreas de Suscripción, de seguros Vida, Masivos, Accidentes Personales y Líneas Personales Capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en información cuantitativa y cualitativa.
