Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.**About the Role**:**Zego is a high-growth property technology company seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on our Resident Experience mobile and web apps. We are looking for passionate individuals who can leverage their extensive experience in quality assurance to design, influence, and drive the quality and testability of our products and services. As a Sr. Quality Analyst at Zego, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, providing exceptional experiences for our customers.****What You’ll Do Here**:- **Contribute to the manual testing effort for the Resident Experience mobile and web apps.**- **Document test cases, review them with counterparts, and ensure thorough test coverage.**- **Troubleshoot and analyze issues, including basic code analysis.**- **Execute automation scripts written by SDETs and write basic SQL commands.**- **Collaborate within an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and reviews.**- **Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality products and services.****About You**:- **Proficiency with executing automated regression tests.**- **Strong knowledge of black box and grey box testing techniques.**- **Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.**- **Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of customer perspectives.**- **Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**- **Strong communication skills.**- **Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and innovation in driving design and process improvements.****Skills and Qualifications**:- **Software engineering fundamentals. (B.S. Computer Science or equivalent skills and knowledge)**- **Knowledge/experience in Software Quality Engineering practices**- **Understanding of Service Oriented Architectures / API's is a plus (web services testing)**- **Working knowledge of SQL**- **Working knowledge of code management systems and Github**- **Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills**- **Outstanding communication skills - with the ability to follow written and oral instructions in a highly dynamic environment****Within One Month, You’ll**:- **Attend New Hire Training and complete onboarding processes.**- **Learn about the Resident Experience mobile and web apps and the Zego technology landscape.**- **Build relationships with team members and stakeholders.****Within Three Months, You’ll**:- **Utilize automated scripting languages to enhance testing processes.**- **Perform dependency analysis and use testing tools relevant to our products.****Within Six Months, You’ll**:- **Drive improvements in customer experiences by understanding priorities and measuring performance.**- **Establish and execute plans for deliverables, collaborating across business units.****Within Twelve Months, You’ll**:- **Be an established Quality Analyst.**- **Continue to innovate and drive effective design and process improvements.
