We are currently looking for a **Project Manager **VA who can assist our long-time client with his day-to-day activities.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution- Determine and define project scope and objectives- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerQualifications for Project Manager- Experience working on a fully remote team. You work autonomously, know how to get things done, and know how to add value to our extremely driven culture.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a concise and easy-to-understand manner.- 2-3 years of project management and related experience- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred- Proven ability to solve problems creatively- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle- Excellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineTechnical Requirements:- Complete Computer Desktop Set or Laptop - Intel G3240 processes or faster, 4GB RAM and 500 GB HDD minimum- 18.5” Led Monitor - or larger. The second monitor may be required for certain job descriptions- Webcam or other video monitoring for meetings and/or supervision- Reliable Internet with 5MB upload speed minimum (necessary for quality Internet phone conversations).- Reliable power connection with UPS (battery backup).SALARY: $500-$700Start ImmediatelyFull-time Position**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Project Manager: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
