Additionally, this role involves conducting lease audit preparation work, reviewing restructure requests, and performing payment research.- Responsibilities:- Credit File Preparation: Ensure business segment and transaction details entered correctly. Research and gather relevant information on companies and individuals to prepare comprehensive credit files. Verify and ensure all documentation required is on file.- Third Party Leasing - UCC, Lease Audits, and Documentation. Gather and submit relevant third party leasing documentation to legal, along with UCC requests. Submit requests for lease line audits, gather and submit all required documentation to audit team in timely- Prepare and conduct annual monitoring of facilities and run off that exceeds exposure of 1MM EUR.
