Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.- 7 years of experience in a functional area (e.g., business development, partnerships, sales, management consulting, investment banking, fintech, strategy, or operations).- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently.Preferred qualifications:- Experience building relationships in the financial and payment sector with relevant agreements.- Knowledge of the payments industry, Google Pay, and mobile payments.- Excellent business and project management skills.- Excellent sales and agreements skills.**About the job**:Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage direct relationships, and drive executive level engagement with key partners across payment and digital wallet ecosystems on core Google payments initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership across countries to establish our strategy and execution for specific product verticals, including the development of go-to-market documentation in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.- Develop, discuss, and execute term sheets and agreements with partners, maintain pipelines and tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.- Ensure that partners are mobilizing around actual deployments/implementations, engaging with partners to optimize implementations and drive growth.- Develop a understanding of Google’s strategy and products across the payments product areas, and how it fits into the larger Google strategy.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
