Job Summary In the role of Dev Ops Lead, you will interact with key stakeholders from client team and development teams for multi environmental deployments. You will deliver a streamlined approach with your deep understanding of deployment process, cloud-native applications, and domain expertise. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8+ years of experience in Information Technology and minimum of 4+ years experience as a DevOps professional. Mandatory Skillsets 4+ years of DevOps experience DevOps & CI / CD : Skilled in Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines), multi-environment deployments, build / version management. Scripting : Python for automation and releases; JSON / YAML for config and pipelines. Environment Management : Handling multiple environments, secrets management, Docker / Kubernetes knowledge and kubectl for managing Kubernetes clusters. Troubleshooting : Strong debugging, performing rollbacks, pod management, troubleshooting and CI / CD pipeline skills. Enterprise Experience : 15+ microservices, template managing and image tagging. GitOps & Argo CD : Experience managing Argo CD apps, syncing, monitoring, and Git repo integration. Documentation : ADO Wiki for runbooks, release and rollback documentation. Deploying and promoting API proxies and endpoints in APIGEE. Troubleshooting deployment issues and monitoring API performance. Good To Have Good understanding of Development life cycle, release management process. Other Relevant Experience Proficient in English communication.
