**Position Summary**:Sell the company’s products with the aim of generating profits by providing our clients with personalized and high-quality service and advice, helping to achieve the objectives of the area and creating sustainable relationships with our clients.**Job Status**:- Full-Time- Salaried- Reports to: General Manager- Location: North Baja California area.**Role Responsibilities**:- Sale of agrochemicals and fertilizers.- Management of a sales territory and inventories.- Accounts receivable management.- Budget and commercial planning.- Participation in expos and technical talks.- Continuously organizing training, demonstrations, and field tours with clients.- Market intelligence for decision making.**Education**:Agronomist Engineer**Experience / Skills / Abilities**:- 3-5 years in a similar position.- Extensive knowledge of the area, crops, and relationships with potential clients.- Teamwork.- Ability to communicate with external and internal customers.**Work Conditions**:- Availability to travel in the Baja California area.- Ability to work outdoors in different climatic environments.
