Traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NTSE: SUP),Superior Industries had 2022 annual revenues of approximately $1.64 billion.**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:Responsible for the efficient performance of all activities related to internal audits of IATF 16949, ISO IEC 17025, and ISO 14001 (when the requirement applies to the assigned plant) as well as the follow up of the implementation of customer specific requirements. specific customer requirements. Assist and follow up on external audits necessary to sustain the above-mentioned management systems.**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor’s Industrial Engineer or related field.**EXPERIENCE**:- Quality system coordinator preferably as a Supplier in the Automotive Industry ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 for a period of at least 2 years.-- ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality system Lead Internal Auditor.-- Layer Audit Management (LPA’s).-- ISO 14001 Environmental System Lead Internal Auditor.**KNOWLEDGE**:- Certification as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 Lead Internal Auditor no more than 3 years after taking the course.-- VDA Standard 6.3 Process Auditing.-- ISO IEC 17025 Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratories.-- Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.-- FMEA, APQP/ Control Plan, PPAP, SPC and MSA tools (Evidence of Training required)-- Customer Specific Requirements (Ford / GM / Stellantis / Toyota BMW / Audi / VW / Volvo) Evidence of Training is required.-- CQI's (CQI-8 LPAs, CQI-9 Heat Treatment Processes, CQI-12 Paint Processes, CQI-20 Problem Solving, CQI-27 Foundry Processes) Evidence of training required.**ENGLISH**:- Advanced level.**SKILLS**:- Continuous improvement and cost reduction.-- Negotiator and committed to achieving objectives.**COMPETENCIES**:- Job Knowledge- Interacting with People at Different Levels- Effective Communicator- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
