Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**- Lead supplier quality management activities to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA).- Conduct process, product, and system audits at supplier sites.- Manage PPAP, APQP, and related documentation for new product launches and engineering changes.- Monitor supplier performance (PPM, OTD, scrap, cost of quality) and drive improvement plans.- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa).- Approve supplier process changes and validate manufacturing processes.- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.- Support risk management, supplier development, and cost reduction initiatives.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.- ** 5+ years of experience** in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Process Quality in the automotive or advanced manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of **Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan)**.- Experience conducting supplier audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 preferred).- Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis tools.- Advanced English (oral and written).- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
