No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential._Seeking a **Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer** to construct and enhance our brand new Salesforce Center of Excellence.Focusing primarily on requirement gathering, solution designing, and development of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, the Lead Developer will offer guidance to junior developers while staying updated on the latest Salesforce CPQ developments and industry-standard best practices.RESPONSIBILITIES- Construction and enhancement of the brand new Salesforce Center of Excellence- Engagement with stakeholders for understanding project requirements and ensuring alignment- Gathering requirements, designing solutions, and development of Salesforce CPQ functionalities- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams for Salesforce CPQ integration with third-party systems- Execution of testing and implementation of solutions- Provision of guidance and mentorship to junior developers- Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of Salesforce CPQ Developer- Established history of leading and mentoring a team of engineers- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Apex- Robust ability to comprehend and analyze project requirements- Proven experience in integration with third-party systems- Exceptional English communication skills (B2+ level)
