Sr Advanced Isc Project Management Specialist

Resideo is currently seeking for a Sr Advanced ISC Project Management Specialist. This position would interact with all the processes of the site, identified, lead and coordinate initiatives in conjunction with the site functions. Will manage current $3.5M productivity initiatives. This position will report directly to the Site Manager.**JOB DUTIES**:- Manage and lead productivity deck- Follow up progress of each project.- Coordinate and lead productivity initiatives such (but not limited)- New Processes- Line Rebalance (Lean approach)- Insource projects- Variable Over Head Cost initiatives.- etc- Report OPEX progress and define recovery actions as required.- Travel possibility 10% of the time.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (i.e. Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent)- 5yrs experience on assembly processes and lean projects- Lean Six Sigma tools experience.- English speaking and writing.**WE VALUE**:- Experience in managing multifunctional teams.- Leadership and people skills.- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.- Ownership and accountability attitude.**WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?**:- This position is a natural platform in terms of career path.
