Learn more about our focus on our people on our YouTube Channel, Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics.**_ Tasks assigned / Work priorities:_**- Attend design meetings with OEMs- Attend Run-off on OEM site- Planning and schedule according to timing events- Reports and presentation to managements level- Support during installation, commissioning, debug, PTR, J1, phases- Meet program deliverables on time and schedule- Support and follow open issues with OEM- Fill process sheets, PFMEA, DFMEA, SCAFF- Workstation - Process design- Alignment of process to FPS guidelines- APT and eQPS integrity validation- Problem Solving- 8 Disciplines- Statistical based tools for trouble shooting- Capability Analysis (Pp, Ppk)- Control Charts- Measurement System Analysis (GR&R)- Provide regular (daily, weekly, etc.) Tracking Status for assigned items- Develop and track metrics for relevant deliverables and report to the designated Ford Team Leader according to timing and milestones- Definition and implementation of control methods to provide manufacturing feasibility- Problem Solving: Successfully follow up and close/solve designated concerns- This service support must meet customer expectations and it is responsibility of the service provider to comply with the measurables for the program**Requirements**:**Skills / Abilities**:- Knowledge on Electronics, PLC, Data acquisition systems, mechanicals.- Quick learning- Organizational and planning skills- Time availability and working under pressure- Teamwork, proactive, sense of urgency, customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal and external)- Strong negotiation skills to drive timing targets- MS package knowledge- Ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level management.- Ability to take decisions under pressure- PFMEA, DFMEA, SCAFF knowledge- Test equipment knowledge- Strong statistical skills- Knowledge in electrification products (Preferable)**Professional Experience / required knowledge**:- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanics- +1 Years’ experience working at industry- Fluent written and spoken technical English- Experience working as a manufacturing engineer**Benefits**Health Care PlanPaid Time OffTraining & Development
