**OBJECTIVE**:Negotiates and Contracts the purchase of raw materials and/or other unprocessed goods for processing, machinery, equipment, tools, parts, other supplies and services necessary for the operation of the Organization.**1.** Executes the Action Messages (Releasing Purchasing Orders, Expediting, Pushing or Canceling) Suggested by the MRP II System**2.** Purchases products and/or services in Mexico and the type of purchases are less specialized (example: internal supplies) than Purchasing Agent “A”.**3.**Reviews requisitions, as well as bids, interviewing vendors to obtain information concerning products, prices, guarantees and delivery dates.**4.**Selects purchase items through several evaluation methods (Best Bid )Mejor Postor), formulating detailed RFP’s (Request for Proposals), requesting samples for testing, random sampling incoming materials, Vendor Rating Programs, Vendor Certification, etc.**5.**Keeps records pertaining to items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance and inventory levels.6.Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Purchasing Function.**Profile & Skills**- English level, Advanced (95% writing and reading).- Bachelor or Technical Degree.- Experience Required: 3 to 5 years within Purchasing Area and Materials Planning.- Experience in electronics and MRO purchases desired.- Experience in Contract Manufacturing.- Knowledge in SAP.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $10.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Compras: 3 años (Deseable)- Contract Manufacturing: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Knowledge in SAP: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Electronics: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
