Under supervision of the Manager of Global Brand Experiences, the designer must produce work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality and deadlines. He or she must be able to manage large quantities of files in an organized and effective manner, while demonstrating willingness to learn, ability to increase efficiency, must be able to work global in a team environment. While flexibility varies by role and team, we support choice and control for our employees so they can choose the best place to do their best work.**Who You Are**:- Required Skills and Competencies_- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.- Advanced English is a must.- Graphic design experience of 3-5 years.- Experience creating Brand Experiences is a must.- Thorough knowledge of graphics communications and related tools and technologies such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, PowerPoint is a must.- Knowledge of designing for print and digital mediums (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other social media)- Preferred Skills and Competencies_- Strong design, creative, communication, and organizational skills- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently and within a team.- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers (both written and verbal)- High level of commitment- Ability to interact with all levels of people from contractors to executives- Uncompromising professionalism, attention to detail and organization.- Excellence in planning skills and commitment to deadlines- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines- Attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills**Why People Choose to Work With Us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
