Location: Mexico City MXRemoteTerm: ContractorLanguage: English**Responsibilities**:- Design and develop Power BI dashboards by connecting to multiple data sources including **Databricks and Excel spreadsheets**.- Collaborate closely with business users to gather and understand data visualization requirements.- Present multiple dashboard layout options to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and finalize the design.- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performance-optimized, and meet business KPIs.- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards as business needs evolve.Required skills and experience:- 5-10 years of experience in Power BI development.- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.- Experience working with **Databricks** and Excel as data sources.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Desired skill:Experience in the **Health and Safety** and/or **Sustainability** domains is a strong asset.High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
