**Job Details****DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL**:Supervisar las actividades de las áreas de almacén, recibos y embarques para asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de exactitud del sistema, seguridad y reducción de costos.**ALGUNAS DE LAS FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PUEDEN SER**:- Supervisar el correcto uso del sistema para que las entradas y salidas se registren correctamente y mantener los níveles de exactitud del sistema.- Supervisar los níveles de scrap generado por manejo y obsolescencia para reducción de costos.- Supervisar las actividades diarias para mantener la seguridad del personal y equipo a su cargo.- Evaluar el desempeño del personal a su cargo para proponer cambios de puesto o proponer entrenamientos.- Generar reportes de eventos Lean y reducción de costos.- Mantener los níveles de 5’s y 20 keys.- Elaboración de nómina y movimientos de personal.- Colaborar con la organización de los inventarios físicos.- Coordinar con el personal de almacén y de Aduanas los envíos de producto terminado, para asegurar que sean exactos, a tiempo y sin daño del producto.- Coordinar las actividades de recibo con el departamento de Compras/Planeación para darle correcto seguimiento a materiales urgentes y/o especiales.- Coordinar con departamento de Seguridad los procedimientos de BASC y CT-PAT.- Coordinar con departamento de Calidad los procedimientos de ISO para desarrollo y documentación de actividades.- Realizar cualquier otra actividad asignada por jefe o supervisor- Conservar en buen estado su equipo de computo- Mantener la limpieza y organización de su área de trabajo (implementando las 5's.)- Cumplir con los horarios establecidos en el área de trabajo.- Participar en el cumplimiento aplicando la politica de calidad.- Seguir las reglas y procedimientos de la empresa.**ROLES Y RESPONSABILIDADES EN MATERIA DE SEGURIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE**:- Autoridad para realizar y ejecutar todos los roles y responsabilidades que se le asignen.- Participar en las metas de seguridad y ambiental establecidas por la empresa.- Reportar actos y condiciones inseguras, además de los cuasi accidentes (Near Miss)- Participar, reforzar y seguir el reglamento interior de trabajo referente a seguridad.- Uso apropiado y mantenimiento de equipo de protección personal.- Participar en auditorías internas y externas del sistema de gestión ambiental y seguridad. (Politica ambiental y seguridad, aspectos ambientales e impactos, peligro y riesgo)- Participar en cursos, pláticas o entrenamientos en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente según aplique.**ESTUDIOS Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDAS**:- Carrera profesional terminada y/o 5 años de experiência en conocimiento de materiales.**CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y REQUISITOS**:- Manejo y uso de montacargas.(opcional)- Ingles 80%- Conocimiento en Programa AS-400 (deseable)- Conocimiento de paquetes computacionales (Word, Excel, etc.)- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo- Trabajo bajo presión, Trato con personal operativo, Responsable, Organizado, Autodirigido e Iniciativa propia- Disponibilidad de horario.- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion. _LI-JC1
