Sr. Network Engineer

**Minimum Qualifications**:**- Education Requirement**:- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Engineering, CS, CIS or computer-related science; equivalent work experience considered lieu of a degree**- Field Experience**:- At least 10 years of experience in the network field**- Position Experience**- At least 7 years of experience in a Network Engineer position**- Other Qualifications**:- Cisco certifications: CCNP Enterprise required, CCIE preferred- Proven experience with CISCO data center switching technologies- Proven experience with CISCO security solutions (e.g. ASA, Firepower, ISE, etc.)- Proven experience with VoIP (e.g. AVAYA & CISCO Call Manager)- Must have technical ability in IP switching, routing and Data/voice design and implementation- Must have relevant experience with designing enterprise Network solutions- Experience with cloud networking, preferred- Broad knowledge of technology fundamentals across all disciplines, e.g. software delivery, datacenter environment, network architecture, IT security, IT project management. - Preferred- Experience working in an ITIL environment. Knowledge of industry standards for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management. ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or v4) - Preferred- Experience using IT Service Management workflow systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Service Manager, etc. - Preferred- Background of IT delivery in multiple industries and locations. Experience working in both matrix and pyramid organizations. - Preferred**Primary Responsibilities**:- Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, Voice and wireless networks, including servers, routers, firewalls, load balancers hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware- Provides technical leadership in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of physical and logical infrastructure systems- Contributes to the development of strategic technology roadmap for technology to determine business customer’s needs and the industry’s technical developments in order to meet key business objectives- Configure, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services- Architecting, creating, managing and maintaining Network, Server and PC health for clients (as defined by SLA)- Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Windows Server, Virtualization Systems, Voice Systems, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems- Provides executive-level updates to internal customers detailing project initiatives, incidents, and service-level performances- Manages external vendors to ensure delivery of project and managed services- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, must be willing to develop the technical skills of other team members whenever possible- Manages upgrades of both hardware and software - developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancement- Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks, and operating and system management systems to determine root cause- Responds to after-hour alerts and phone calls, as needed- Researches & makes recommendations for future technical solutions- Assists management staff in various IT projects, as needed- Demonstrates flexibility in job responsibilities- Occasional travel requiredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno matutinoPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Network Field: 10 años (Obligatorio)- Network Engineer Position: 7 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
