Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:UST is searching to hire a Contract Manager for our busy Contract Services Team in Mexico City (or remote) to support the customer contracts function in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.**The opportunity**:- Obtain feedback on draft English language contracts from various stakeholders and provide consolidated comments to relevant stakeholders- Ensure that only fully approved customer contracts are routed for signature- Process fully approved English language contracts for signature and maintain executed agreements in repository or CLM- Perform administrative duties including creating, preparing, proofreading, verifying and editing material for accuracy and clarity- Understand and provide administrative support work for complex business-related legal documents- Coordinate with various stakeholders in different departments to ensure compliance with company policy in all customer contracts- Collaborate across functional teams and foster collaborative environment- Work independently to manage and complete department functions, including Statements of Work, Change Requests, amendments, correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents, as needed- Self-starter that can work independently with mínimal supervision while being a team player- Use sound discretion and judgment- Organize workload to reflect and meet established priorities- Handle confidential information professionally and consistent with legal and ethical policiesThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- Able to multi-task and work under pressure- Excellent time management skills- Able to adapt to new technology- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe- Excellent people skills, including good judgment and tact- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Bachelor’s degree in law (Mexico)- Ability to communicate effectively in English language (both oral and written) in a professional services environment- Pragmatic problem solver with outstanding attention to detail as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills. Strong proofreading skills.- Be available full-time at the corporate office in Mexico City, Mexico or remote- Native or fluent professional proficiency in Spanish language is optional but not mandatory.- Experience as a contract manager in Spanish language contracts is optional but not mandatory- Experience:- Require 5-8 years’ experience in English language corporate legal department, preferably in customer contracts- Superior writing and oral communication skills in English- Experience in corporate legal department supporting the contracting function in the United States and Canada in English is critical- Experience working with various jurisdictions, such as, the United States, Canada, other Latin American countries, India, United Kingdom, and Spain.- Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task- Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure- Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently**Benefits**Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
