You’ll be the force behind our motion identity, crafting elegant, expressive animations that capture the sophistication of our product and the humanity of our mission. From web and social to product launches and global events, your motion design system will drive consistency, elevate the brand, and help us stand out in a crowded space.You’ll report to the Brand Design Manager and work closely with product, marketing, and creative leadership.**What You’ll Own & Drive**:**Motion Design System** - Build and scale a modular motion system that brings cohesion and character to all brand expressions (web, social, video, events).**Product Storytelling in Motion** - Translate complex identity and AI-driven concepts into compelling animated narratives that educate and inspire.**Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Partner with designers, copywriters, engineers, and video teams to deliver consistent, high-quality visual experiences.**AI & Workflow Optimization** - Leverage AI tools to streamline production, enhance quality, and reduce iteration cycles in motion workflows.**Mentorship & Guidance** - Provide feedback, direction, and mentorship to internal and external motion talent to raise the bar across all creative output.**Creative Experimentation** - Push boundaries with new formats, interaction models, and visual storytelling approaches—exploring beyond traditional motion graphics.**Design Systems Thinking** - Integrate motion into our broader design system, enabling scalable usage across surfaces and teams.**The Qualities That Set You Apart**:**Motion Systems Thinker** - You’ve built scalable animation frameworks—not just one-off videos.**Product-Fluent Storyteller** - You turn abstract technical ideas into emotional, visual stories.**Design Perfectionist** - Every keyframe counts.
