Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Conducting complex assignments in series development in the areas of construction of electrotechnical, electromechanical and micro system-engineering functional systems and devices in the context of guidelines.Organizing and planning projects.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**Developing and detailing constructive solutions for construction groups and partsClarifying and defining constructive requirements together with the responsible engineer, estimating construction efforts for individual assembly groups and componentsCreating work packages and schedules according to Hella time-to-market processCreating and controlling work packages for GDN (Global Development Network) partnersManaging partial projects and/or small teams with technical reference that could occur in the context of a development projectCoordinating and instructing team members in GDN (Global Development Network)Involvement in the creation of a performance specification on the basis of the available requirement specification, incl. requirement analysisPreparing constructive drafts using CAD data of customers in terms of individual assembly groups and components, taking into account technical standards and economical aspectsDeveloping constructive solutions for assembly groups and components, taking into account functional, material, manufacturing and economic aspects, working out of constructions for detailed developmentConducting and initiating detailed works for assembly groups and components, working out all necessary 3D documentsSelecting the materials and standards to be used; determining tolerances and conducting drawing testsCoordinating new or modified constructions during conceptual and fine-tuning phases, with concerned points like process planning, quality planning, construction, and laboratoryOverseeing the draft of a construction FMEA by taking into account customer demandsInitiating trials (mechanical, mechatronic) on test devices in coordination with responsible engineer, inclusion of results in construction of assembly groups and componentsParticipating in testing of constructions in terms of property right issues in the patent departmentContinuous processing, interpreting and implementing of relevant technical information from internal positionsExchanging necessary data with those involved, both internally and externallyIndicating occurring target deviations to the responsible positions; indicating existing solution alternativesIntroducing special know-how and experience (materials, AVT)Assuming key-user functions in special areasSmooth customer and supplier communication, domestic and internationalTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso ChaconPhone:
