DescriptionThis position is responsible of:- Plant HC & Capacity analysis- SAP (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers)- Customer capacity analysis- Submission and tracking of IMDS- Balance Chart studies- Standard Works- Engineering Changes Administration- Support on Kaizen events (data collector and analysis)**Qualifications**:- Graduated Industrial Engineer or similar (Mechanics, Administration, Manufacturing, etc.)- 3 Years of experience in automotive industry- Experience/knowledge in Line Balance analysis- Experience/knowledge in SAP - Module PP (Desirable)- Experience/knowledge in Engineering changes process- Experience/knowledge in Plant Capacity & Head Count- Experience / knowledge in customer portals (SQMS, eCar, IMDS, etc.)- Experience/knowledge in automotive sector (desirable)- Administration skills- Leadership skills- Data analysis skills- Responsible- Willing to learn- English advancedContinental desarrolla tecnologías y servicios vanguardistas para la movilidad sostenible e interconectada de personas y bienes.
