Job Description:Our team, supporting The USMC Next Generation Enterprise Network Contract, has an immediate need for a Network Operations Specialist 2 with demonstrated experience in monitoring network infrastructure and responding to alerts and events. The Specialist will manage incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate. Primary responsibilities include:- Respond to infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services- Produce root cause analysis documentation in accordance with Government procedures- Provide data center support where appropriate- Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper turnover of any outstanding issues- Provide incident notification to Government representatives**Job Requirements**:*Five to nine (5‐9) years of related experience in information systems- Certified in accordance with DoD ‐M Information Assurance Technician Level (IAT) II- Must be certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
