Workday Recruiting Senior Functional Analyst Location: Remote Target Start Date: ASAP Type: Project – 9 to 12 months Role Overview The Workday Recruiting Senior Functional Analyst will play a key role in the design, configuration, and testing of the Workday Recruiting module. This professional will work closely with the Functional Lead and cross-functional teams to support recruiting processes, ensuring that requisitions, candidate management, and hiring workflows are effectively configured and aligned with business needs. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with ownership over configuration tasks and active participation in requirement discussions, testing, and deployment activities. Key Responsibilities Participate in discovery and requirement‑gathering sessions to understand recruiting business processes and translate them into Workday configurations. Configure Workday Recruiting components, including job requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, interview stages, offer processes, and pre‑hire integrations. Support best‑practice implementation of Workday Recruiting features such as candidate dispositioning, offer letter setup, background check integrations, and standard reports/dashboards. Execute and support system testing activities, including unit testing and end‑to‑end recruiting scenarios (requisition to hire). Collaborate closely with the Core HCM team to ensure proper data flow, security roles, and user access for recruiters and hiring managers. Document configurations, business processes, and testing outcomes to support knowledge transfer and project continuity. Provide functional support and guidance to junior analysts when needed, without direct people‑management responsibility. Required Qualifications / Skills 4+ years of experience working with HR recruiting systems, including at least 2+ years of hands‑on experience configuring or supporting Workday Recruiting. Solid understanding of end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle processes and how they are implemented within Workday. Experience supporting integrations between Workday Recruiting and external systems (e.g., job boards, background check vendors) is a plus. Strong functional configuration and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Ability to work independently on assigned configuration tasks in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment. Workday Recruiting certification is a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
