DANA EMPRESA METAL MECANICA AUTOMOTRIZ UBICADA EN APODACA, NUEVO LEÓNSOLICITA: PROJECT LEADERRequisitos:Escolaridad: Licenciatura con titulación (Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero de Manufactura, Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador o carrera a fin).Idioma: Inglés avanzado.Experiência:Mínimo 3 años de experiência en puestos similares ( Líder de Proyectos, Ingeniería de Manufactura, Proyectos).Experiência en empresas de giro automotriz.Principales actividades:Liderar el equipo responsable de alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto, coordinar todas las partes interesadas del proyecto.Controlar los recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados.Planear, controlar e implementar proyectos de inversión (CAPEX), a fin de hacer crecer rentable y tecnológicamente los procesos productivos de la planta.Coordinar las actividades de PPAP/APQP con todos los departamentos a fin de que se cumplan los programas establecidos, así como asegurarse que se de el soporte oportuno a las áreas y los eventos programados.Mantener el registro de las aprobaciones de clientes en todos los cambios de modelo, arranque de nuevos productos, cambios de ingeniería y desviaciones.Revisión y cumplimiento de los procedimientos de PPAP asegurándose de que se cumplan con lo establecido por la norma.Mantener registros y evidencias de los proyectos en planta hasta su capitalización.Realizar las validaciones anuales basado en el programa de validaciones anuales de acuerdo con los requerimientos específicos del cliente según aplique.Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos:Procesos de manufacturaAdministración de ProyectosISO 14000 (WI´s y OP´s aplicables al área)ISO IATF 16949 (Procesos, WI´s y OP´s aplicables al área)Análisis y Solución de problemasAPQP Herramientas de Mejora Continua: SMED, Pull System, Kan Ban, VSM, Trabajo Estandarizado, Poka Yokes, TPM, etcDimensiones geométricas y tolerancias (GD&T)Manejo de software de CADTrabajo en Equipo y comunicación efectivaLectura de PlanosAIAG (CORE TOOLS)Ofrecemos:Salario mensual competitivoPrestaciones de ley y superioresSGMMSeguro de vidaVales de despensaFondo de ahorroPlan de pensión contributorioComedor subsidiadoTransporteUniformesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualPregunta(s) de postulación:- Experiência en empresas de giro automotriz
