With an unmatched supply chain, a growing suite of tech tools and data insights—we make our clients’ brilliant ideas unmissable everywhere**HR SYSTEMS AND PROJECT ANALYST**Reporting into the Global HR Director this role has a global reach to support on a variety of current and future HR systems and projects that require analytic, process re/engineering and information management to ensure the delivery of change projects across the global business.Working closely with the HR Transformation Project Manager, this role will work under the direction of the Regional HR Director of EMEA and locally managed by the HR Regional lead. This role will work on a wide variety of current and future global projects to ensure successful system transformation, and development in both system solutions and business as usual. The role will involve actively networking and communicating with the wider global HR function, taking responsibility for building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Support the global HRIS project from contractual stage to business as usual, through analysis, process engineering and data collection through incorporating the local market differences in delivery- Lead on the single point of contact for data collation for the project, verification and supplier liaison- Take responsibility for the on-going development and continuous improvement of the global HR dashboard by development and use of automated processes of amalgamated systems- Support in the analytics arena and where required on the ongoing global management of our legacy online learning tool which has regional content ownership; this will close with the launch of the HRIS- Work in line with deliverables of project management plans, ensuring priorities are met in order to deliver and reach success of all transformation projects- Regularly seek feedback and ensure that the deliverables are aligned to the Project Plan and priorities of the global HR Function. In doing so present, influence and debate recommendations in relation to each individual project- Represent the business externally where required and build relationships with relevant providers, advisors and professional bodies.**REQUIREMENTS**- Two years plus working within a customer focused HR function delivering change projects- Experience of working with a project team across multiple locations, preferably on a global scale with HR System analytics and data experience- Technically literate, including HR systems, databases and analytics with proven experience in data uploads, downloads and verification- Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint including reporting via those tools- Numerate with a sound understanding of financial principles and procedures- Ability to understand the need to consistency add value- Close attention to detail and well organized- Self-starter, with a collaborative and proactive style- A creative but practical approach to problem solving- Capable of communicating clearly both in writing and verbally- Good interpersonal skills- Flexible and capable of working with multiple projects at the same time- Confident, tenacious, resilient and enthusiastic.Your resume will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting team and we’ll reach out to you directly if there’s a fit.
