As a BPA Sr. Analyst, R&D IOD and Strategy supporting R&D Finance, you will be trusted to work on short- and long-term financial planning at Mexico City (Hybrid).
In this role, a typical day will include
- Executing data visualization reports and dashboards.- Supporting the execution of month-end processes for certain R&D functions, demonstrating business understanding and curiosity.- Acting as a liaison to the Win IT financial management team and assisting in variance analysis and journal entry preparation.- Assisting in PO troubleshooting as needed.- Ensuring adequate accounting, reporting, and control systems to identify risks, inform opportunities, and meet forecast accuracy. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:- Education: Bachelor’s degree.- Experience: 4+ years in finance operations, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.- Technical skills:- Proficiency in SAP, BI, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).- Excellent skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.- Prior shared service experience is a plus.- Behaviors:- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quality.- Ability to work effectively in demanding and resource-constrained environments.
