Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Drive continuous improvement in own Process Area within the Controlling & Planning COE by providing specialist knowledge and experience in relevant Process Area/Areas as part of the COE service offerings. Also, to actively participate in Regional/Global harmonization and improvement initiatives. Supports the development of global common processes and drives implementation in own geographical area (Country, Region or Global). Performs controlling tasks and activities as well as providing in-depth knowledge within one or multiple Processes within own geographical area of the COE (Country, Region or Global).**This position reports to**:Controlling & Planning Process Lead**Your responsibilities**:- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) -business analytical services to the business, based on customer requirements. Automated tools/reports design, implementation and maintenance. Semi-auto-mated and manual analytical services, and one-off (ad-hoc) analytical output.- Cost Accounting - overall responsibility for financial Cost Accounting, including product standard costing, maintenance and ab-sorption analysis.- Reporting and Legal entity controlling - legal and non-legal entity controlling, governance and assurance. Cost control and allocation models.- Systems and Master Data Governance - charts of account, Business Warehouse tools.- Functional Controlling - controlling, budgeting, cost control, charging mechanisms, tax compliance and Business Partnering within respective Function.- Special Projects within the controlling area.- Supports own COE in implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of Controlling and Planning processes. Facilitates the exchange of knowledge and best practices between the COEs. Best practice and optimization covering all ABB Group.- Implements both internal and external benchmarking of Controlling and Planning COE. Supports definition and rollout of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitors measurement compliance.- Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Shares and coordinates sharing of best practices in one or multiple processes on Global, Regional or Country level.- Lead a team within own area of responsibility.- Enhance the expertise knowledge of the team in one or multiple processes through training, coaching, mentoring, etc.**Your background**:- 10 years of experience in Controlling area and leading teams.- Sound knowledge of general accounting and controlling, Power BI, and advanced Excel.- Previous experience working with SAP and implementation in continuous improvement processes.- The ability to manage complex issues and work in cross-functional teams.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or related.- Advanced English level.- Desirable working in a shared service model.**More about us**:
