Progressive Maintenance Leader

Responsible for implementing the strategy of the progressive maintenance and HSE for the Nemak plants.**Main Responsibilities**- Implement the complete strategy of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar across all manufacturing lines while assure high-performance KPI results in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and TPM & IL6S Methodologies.- Implement the HSE strategy to pause, think and act while doing maintenance activities as a value culture.- Assures production schedules are met and all issues are resolved and communicated promptly and reasonably priced.- Responsible to eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel.- Leads activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.- Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant and maintenance crews.- Supports and executes plant-specific maintenance strategies to achieve Plant's key performance goals for overall maintenance performance.- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.- Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent).- Work on your own initiative, assertive, Servant Leadership, commitment, responsibility, dynamism, teamwork. Ability to convey and communicate ideas truthfully and eloquently.- English Intermediate (written and spoken)- More than 3 Years in a Similar Position- Knowledge of maintenance tasks and activities. Mechanical, electrical and control on high-end equipment.- Ability to create strategic planning for asset management activities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.- High analytical skills.- Advanced understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance processes.- Demonstrated leadership skills- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills- Computer Maintenance Management Systems (SAP is a Must)- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methods and processes- Ability to lead direct reports and provide proper feedback and motivation to sustain a teamwork environment.- "Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes."- Demonstrated ability to organize and implement projects which improve the operational effectiveness of a process.- Experience and execution in use of Reliability and Cause Analysis tools (ie RCA, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Criticality Analysis, etc).- Knowledge and experience with Preventative Maintenance programs.
