**Operation Project Management****Primary Function**Performs product development management, especially in charge of product development management, system management and achieve the results on time by all the team members’ efforts, get the customers’ approval and cut in mass production.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Lead a new product development, achieve the results on time by all the team members’ efforts, get the customers’ approval and cut in mass production.- Making project schedule plan and work with other teams to perform, control of real progress and monitoring.- Work with BPM or factory to quote and estimate the part, the tooling, and make Excel forms and PowerPoint report.- Communication and cooperation with assembly line/stamping factory/molding shop/ tooling shop /SCM or RD/PM team.- Product quotation and summary management. Cost down proposal.- KPI performance management.- Make BOM/ part list and put data into Agile and SAP system.- PPAP sheet prepare and get approval from customer.- ECR/ECN estimate and perform.- Dealing with the special problems after MP and resolve the problems of customer complain.**Required Education**bachelor’s degree or undergraduate or above.**Required Experience**- Engineering or related field, mechanical design and manufacturing, electromechanical engineering.- At least 5 years of Engineering experience in product development and management or similar experience in Mechanical design and manufacturing setting in North America.**Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications**- Skilled on new product development process, and skilled on assembly, BOM prepared.- Proficiency in design software such as Pro-E, CAD, or UG, or solid works.- Be good at the data sheet of FMEA,CPK,FAI and give an analysis report.- Master part assembly, paint, print or molding or stamping etc.- Have some engineering analysis skills and give an innovation idea or plan.- Mechanical engineer or related filed ,at least have knowledge of two items of the following, such as assembly, paint, print, or molding injection, or metal stamping.- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word)- Agile or SAP**Languages**:English/Spanish/ChineseTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $12.00 - $15.00 al díaHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
