Resumen Buscamos un nuevo GIGAnte que se integre a nuestro equipo como Project Manager Senior . El rol se enfocará en planificar, coordinar y dirigir proyectos tecnológicos relacionados con aplicaciones, infraestructura, integraciones, migraciones y mejora continua en entornos corporativos para importante multinacional automotriz. Lo que harás Liderar proyectos de TI end-to-end, desde discovery hasta rollout y cierre. Gestionar tareas técnicas relacionadas con infraestructura, sistemas, integraciones, seguridad, redes, aplicaciones corporativas y plataformas cloud. Coordinar equipos funcionales y técnicos involucrados en SAP (FI, MM, SD, Basis, ABAP u otros módulos). Supervisar actividades de integración entre SAP y sistemas externos (APIs, middleware, servicios cloud). Liderar la planificación de recursos, cronogramas, roadmap, hitos y dependencias tecnológicas. Gestionar riesgos técnicos y operativos mediante identificación temprana, análisis y mitigación. Documentar requerimientos técnicos y funcionales, matrices RACI, diagramas de procesos y acuerdos. Asegurar comunicación fluida entre equipos SAP, equipos cloud, desarrollo, QA y negocio. Gestionar cambios, aprobaciones técnicas y controles de calidad en cada fase del proyecto. Liderar sesiones técnicas y funcionales: refinamiento, estimaciones, revisión de entregables, validaciones. Supervisar procesos de despliegue, pruebas, UAT, migraciones y cutover.Implementar y reforzar estándares de PMO, gobierno de TI, metodologías híbridas y mejores prácticas. Gestionar presupuesto del proyecto, control de costos, variaciones y forecasting. Desarrollar reportes ejecutivos de avance, riesgos, KPIs y decisiones requeridas. Esperamos que tengas Experiencia y Conocimiento Técnico: 7+ años gestionando proyectos de TI complejos SAP: comprensión básica funcional de módulos (FI, MM, SD), transportes, parametrizaciones, integraciones middleware y APIs - Deseable. Cloud (AWS/Azure): comprensión básica en fundamentos de IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, arquitecturas de referencia y despliegues - Deseable. Conocimiento en infraestructura TI, integraciones (REST, SOAP, ESB, ETL), bases de datos y gestión de cambios (ITIL) - Deseable. Conocimientos en herramientas como Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Project o similares Metodologías: PMI, Agile, Scrum, RACI, EDT/WBS, roadmaps técnicos o similares Bilingüe (Inglés B2): interacción constante con stakeholders internacionales. (Excluyente) Habilidades blandas Comunicación efectiva y empatía: dialogarás con gerencias, equipos extranjeros y proveedores de forma fluida Autonomía y predisposición: lideras desde el kickoff hasta el cierre, resolviendo crisis y tomando decisiones estratégicas Capacidad de sintetizar información técnica en minutas, reportes de estatus y presentaciones ejecutivas Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios Certificaciones Deseables PMI-PMP PMI-ACP o Scrum Master ITIL v4 Foundation SAP Fundamentals AWS/Azure Cloud Practitioner Que ofrecemos
