Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsible for ensuring that the materials and components supplied to a company meet the required quality standards. This involves working closely with suppliers to define, establish, and enforce quality requirements, and to continuously improve the quality of supplied materials**JOB DETAIL**- Evaluate and certify new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.- Conduct on-site supplier audits to assess manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary.- Define quality standards and specifications for supplied materials and components.- Develop and maintain supplier quality agreements and quality assurance procedures.- Use advanced product quality planning (APQP) to ensure suppliers understand and meet expectation- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and manufacturing, to align on quality requirements and resolve issues.- Maintain accurate records of supplier quality performance, audit findings, and corrective actions.**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**- Bachelor degree un Engineering- 3 years of experience in similar role- Strong knowledge of quality tools and systems (FMEA, PPAP, SPC)- English 75% or higherTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
