Arsol Constructora esta solicitando:Project ManagerFormación academica: Arquitectura o Ingieneria civilExperiência: 5 a 10 añosIdiomas: Ingles avanzadoOtros requisitos: Licencia vigente, visa.**Responsabilidades clave**:- Diseñar de forma correcta los planos del proyecto de ampliación de la nave industrial, de obra civil y diseño de estructuras metálicas.- Recabar la información del cliente para el diseño de los planes a ejecutar para plasmarlos en los documentos requeridos por el cliente.- Distribución de las cargas de trabajos con el supervisor de ingeniería y los auxiliares del departamento.- Supervisar el diseño correcto de la elaboración de los planos de trabajo.- Entregar planos y aprobación de ellos al residente de obra y al enlace con el cliente.- Realizar los cambios requeridos por el cliente para la correcta ejecución de la misma.- Llevar el control de los planos en digital y en físicos de todos los planos y cambios que se realicen.- Revisión de la subcontratación de los planos realizados por proveedores.- Realizar memorias de cálculos con las diferente especialidades.**Competencias técnicas**:- Conocimiento de la normatividad de construcción- Conocimiento de paquetería Office (AutoCad, Revid Etc.)- Envio de los reportes diarios al residente de obra.**Competencias personales**:- Liderazgo.- Trabajo bajo presión.- Resolución de problemas.- Sentido de urgencia y calidad en el trabajo- Comunicación asertiva.- NegociaciónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Teléfono de la empresa- Uniformes gratuitosEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- obra civil: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
