Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Deploy and support a Quality Culture within local ABB, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools, and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Supports and maintains the Quality Management System of the local unit. All aspects managed in line with ABB Group/Division/BU guidance.**This position reports to**:Project Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Assurance of quality metrics: guarantees, non-conforming products, and guarantee cases.- Daily support for technical issues.- Manage resources to use them.- Check that they meet all the standards.- Responsible for the cost and number of cases as well as resolution and root cause analysis.- Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks.- Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.- Utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure effective introduction of new products.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.- 3 years of experience in a similar position.- Electrical Knowledge, in Quality systems, Electrical Cells and in Electrical Industry.- Knowledge of ISO9001.- Experience leading teams.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
