Your efforts will directly impact our customers by ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.**Key Responsibilities**:As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you’ll be responsible for:- Lead the effective implementation and integration of CX/ISO systems and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) System requirements.- Establish a dynamic operating system and a strong organizational culture, ensuring the definition, implementation, and standardization of key plant systems.- Oversee the Quality Management System and internal/external audits.- Drive the implementation of all Carrier Excellence (CX) system elements and serve as a change agent.- Facilitate problem-solving using methodologies such as 8Ds, A3, and PDCA, and promote standardized work practices.- Define, communicate, and train plant personnel on problem-solving methodologies.- Champion continuous improvement initiatives.- Monitor the continuous improvement program through Lean tools, including:- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)- 5S- KANBAN- POKA-YOKE- KAIZEN- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)- Lean Events**Requirements**:- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, IMA, IME.- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and quality environments.- Proven experience leading/participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement events.- Experience with process change/innovation initiatives.- Experience coordinating continuous improvement projects that contribute to cost reduction and process variation reduction.- Advanced English proficiency.Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:- Experience implementing systems such as WCM or IATF16949.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
