**Objective**This position will support: Building additional efficiencies by documenting processes. Support Innovation: Identify how technology can support on Talent Development processes.**Main Responsibilities**- Projects:- Evaluation and Documentation of processes.- Information analysis and reporting.- Process monitoring and follow-up with the regional leaders.**Position Requirements**- Education required: college student- Career: HR, Administration, organizational psychology, or related careers.- Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills- Previous experience in HR (desirable)- Microsoft Office (Success factors desired)- English advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
