Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language in both written and verbal communication, good Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, and macros)**Job description**We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented quoting analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and the quoting process.The main purpose is to provide quoting activity support and develop guidance for applicable Product Management, sales, and Finance.**Key Responsibilities**- Gain a good understanding of the market of our distributors and end customers- Key internal contact for quoting and pricing related requests- Confirm RFQs from Distributor by providing price information via quoting tools- Help improving the quote turnaround times, increase quote hit rates- Work closely with internal Finance teams across BUs to drive and get accurate information to support quote analysis- Support Finance projects where needed- Develop, implement, and maintain data files to improve the quoting process- Help with the process standardization and constant improvementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:- Analytical and detailed-oriented.- Excellent excel skills required.- Self-motivated- Eager to learn- Ability to multi-task.- Well organizedFirst Brands Group is a proud equal opportunity employer.
