**Must have**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field or equivalent finance experience. Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language in both written and verbal communication, good Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, and macros)**Job description**We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented quoting analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and the quoting process.The main purpose is to provide quoting activity support and develop guidance for applicable Product Management, sales, and Finance.**Key Responsibilities**- Gain a good understanding of the market of our distributors and end customers- Key internal contact for quoting and pricing related requests- Confirm RFQs from Distributor by providing price information via quoting tools- Help improving the quote turnaround times, increase quote hit rates- Work closely with internal Finance teams across BUs to drive and get accurate information to support quote analysis- Support Finance projects where needed- Develop, implement, and maintain data files to improve the quoting process- Help with the process standardization and constant improvementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:- Analytical and detailed-oriented.- Excellent excel skills required.- Self-motivated- Eager to learn- Ability to multi-task.- Well organizedFirst Brands Group is a proud equal opportunity employer.
