If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.The Food and Beverage Manager (F&B Manager) is responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage department, in this case the hotel restaurant and the banquets held there. Their responsibilities include overseeing the kitchen, managing menus, controlling costs, managing staff (waiters and kitchen staff), planning and executing special events, and ensuring quality service to guests.Others:- Oversee the kitchen- Create and manage menus- Manage costs- Manage staff- Prepare F&B budgets- Coordinate special events- Ensure customer satisfaction- Take inventory- Oversee operations- Deal with suppliers- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards- Conduct reports and analysesMust have completed F&B coursesMinimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the positionIntermediate EnglishExperience with the Marriott brand (desirable)Schedule availabilityPayment starts at $18,000 Mexican pesos less taxesFood vouchersLegal benefitsUniformsCafeteria- This company is an equal opportunity employer._frnch1
