We are seeking someone who is not afraid to improve processes and support the team in best accounting and financial practices.**Responsibilities**:- Supervise all accounting, control, compliance, and payroll operations- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes- Oversee monthly financial reporting, client profitability analysis, KPI and dashboard tracking, budget creation and review- Financial planning and analysis- Recruit, train, and supervise team members- Take initiatives to evolve the department based on company needs- Support the design and implementation of the company's financial policies, including accounting/financial processes based on best practices.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field- At least 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial field- Proficient in data analysis and reporting software- Practical approach with strong motivation for improvement- Excellent English and Spanish language skills**Specific accounting skills**:- ** Month-end closing**:- ** Bank reconciliations and accounting assignments**:- ** Income reporting**:- ** Accounts receivable (customers) and accounts payable (suppliers)****Desirable**:- Knowledge of IT service companies- Knowledge of commercial and corporate law- Experience in implementing Odoo or other accounting software- Experience in managing an accounting/finance department.**_Lumston is a company where we practice inclusion.
