**Responsabilidades**:- Apoyar administrativamente al asesor comercial para garantizar cierre de venta exitoso.- Realizar y presentar cotizaciones en función de los requerimientos del cliente.- Monitorear el estado de los pedidos para garantizar tiempos de entrega.- Mantener los archivos y registros organizados, tanto físicos como digitales.- Atender consultas y resolver problemas relacionados con facturación y pagos de proveedores.- Validar la existencia de materiales. Apoyar en la elaboración de cotizaciones, órdenes de compra y reportes**Requisitos**:**Educación**: Licenciatura en Administración, Contabilidad o afín**Experiência**: Ventas, cotización, Aux. administrativo.**Conocimientos**:Procesos de oficina (archivo, gestión), atención al cliente.**Herramientas**:Office (Excel, Word y Outlook), SAP.**Habilidades**:- Trabajo equipo- Liderazgo- Proactividad- Negociación- Comunicación verbal y escrita- Facilidad de palabra- Enfoque a resultados
