We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.In order to complete our Workforce 360 Product Stream Operations Department, we are currently looking for a Risk and Compliance Analyst.In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting an integrated risk, compliance and security management systems in accordance to the business risk appetite. The management systems enable the IS/IT teams globally to identify, document, measure and address its compliance requirements, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, 3rd party/vendor, information security and procurement. The Risk and Compliance Specialist's responsibilities include ensuring the teams are able to drive all their risk, compliance and security requirements through the management system, ensuring compliant and secure products & platforms meeting the business risk appetite. To enable this, you will be responsible for providing the tools, processes and frameworks to support IS/IT Compliance in Nestle and for conducting IS/IT controls testing.**Key Responsibilities**:- Deliver the architectural design for multiple products, providing your expert input into the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.- Define the guidelines, standards and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.- Develop reusable architecture patterns.- Serve as coach to Tech Leads, developers and analysts.- Contribute to the planning of the overall organizational IT strategy.- Drive & Accelerate production-level Cloud Solutions in line with Customer and Microsoft strategy.**Required Profile**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics. Computer Science, Engineering, maths, statistics or related major- Most likely you will come from a data and analytics background, with 3+ years’ experience of building and architecting Analytical solutions and platforms (at scale)- Oral and written English communication skills- Technical capabilities including discussions with Enterprise Architecture, Network, Security and Integration teams.- Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions- Good understanding of data engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
