**Posición****Sector / Departmento**Ingeniero de Aseguranza de CalidadCalidad**Expectativas/ Responsabilidades del puesto**- Desarrollo de procedimientos y validación de métodos de inspección y prueba, para la inspección de componentes y/o materiales ensamblados.- Coordinar actividad y/o capacitar a Inspectores sobre procedimientos nuevos o modificados de inspección.- Realizar auditorías a proveedores y/o los procesos de producción para verificar que cumplan con los requerimientos establecidos y estén alineados a las buenas prácticas de manufactura.- Soporte en la ejecución de validaciones a nuevos componentes o proveedores y/o de proceso, incluyendo la coordinación de estudios dimensionales y primeros artículos para componentes nuevos o modificados.- Analizar tendencias de defectos en proceso y problemas de componentes para determinar tendencias y recomendar acciones correctivas y/o cambios en criterios de inspección.- Supervisa y/o coordina los recursos de inspección (Inspectores y Lideres de Calidad) como sea requerido.- Realizar investigaciones para quejas de cliente como sea requerido.- Realizar investigaciones para eventos de producto no conforme, ya sea a nível componente, componentes ensamblados o por falta de cumplimiento a un requerimiento del sistema de calidad o regulatorio.- Mantener registros de los indicadores de desempeño de su área.- Participar en Proyectos o Equipos Multifuncionales de mejora continua.**Calificaciones/Educación/ Experiência/ Habilidades requeridas****Calificaciones Requeridas**:Carrera Terminada. Inglés Intermedio.**Calificaciones Deseables**:Experiência 1 año. QSR, ISO 13485.
