Get to know us better by visiting our website.**Position Description**As a Case Handling Trainer at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Maintain a high level of knowledge of safety database systems, reporting tools, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines to ensure adherence and compliance. Stay up to date with regulations and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities.- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external safety training programs for new hires and existing employees, including onboarding and mentorship plans.- Develop and deliver training material on safety-related matters, including SOPs and FDA guidelines.- Update SOPs and training documents to ensure adherence and compliance.**Required Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you should have:- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Health Science (relevant experience may be substituted for a degree).- A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical practice, pharmacy practice, or pharmacovigilance.
