This position is critical to ensuring that our supplier portfolio aligns with long-term business and technology strategies, while delivering best-in-class quality, delivery, and cost.**Key Responsibilities**- Collaborate with the Global Category team, Product Management, and Engineering to develop long-term strategy and technology roadmaps.- Align supplier capabilities with business objectives to ensure a robust and future-ready supply base.- Maintain a competitive sourcing environment by:- Driving dual qualification of suppliers.- Routinely quoting incumbent spend.- Partnering with sites to ensure suppliers are consistently challenged on cost and performance.**Requirements**:We are looking for strategic thinkers with strong negotiation skills and a passion for supply chain excellence.
