**Responsible of one of the most relevant challenges in today organizations, Associates alignment, engagement and relationship with the organization. This role is responsible of align and engage Mars Wrigley LAN Associates through strategic communications while enhancing the reputation of Mars and its Culture. Be a consultant, create and execute the strategy and plans for effective communication from the Management Team and Functional Leads to the Associates, particularly to promote business alignment, change management and the Essence of Mars.**:**What are we looking for?**:- Marketing or Communication degree- 4 years of experience in Internal/Corporate Communications- Must know how to select the right channels for both the audience and the message- Have good spelling and writing skills (English & Spanish)- Package management thinking into digestible messages- Must have proven track record in internal communications measurement- Change Management- Exposure and Leaders Management- Working with agencies- Strategic Communications- Internal Communications Channel Management**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- Lead the execution of Internal Communications for Mars Wrigley LAN segment- Develop internal communications strategies for the business that support the company’s long-term vision and business alignment- Develop internal communications plans that drive continuous change and improvement within the company culture to promote Principles in Action within the Associates- Explain the nature and purpose of the Mars Culture to others (Corporate Branding)- Responsible to coordinate all available internal communications platforms and develop and share best practices.- Interact with and influence all levels of management identifying needs. Providing regular and ongoing strategic counsel on internal communications strategies.- Coordinate Annual Communication Meeting for all the segment Associates.
