At KTBO a division by Globant, we are looking for someone who specializes in all types of digital content creation and advertising campaigns to join our team in the position of**Content Manager Sr.**- You will get the chance to:_- Translate creative ideas into content pieces that strategically fulfill the messages and objectives of each campaign, creatively and with a deep understanding of the platforms where they are distributed (formats, trends, segmentation).- Ensure that the published content complies with guidelines, ensuring coherence in communication.- Develop a calendar that includes the content to be developed over time.- Curate previously published content, making updates to keep it relevant for as long as possible.- Interpret data to find communication insights that help reinforce messages.- Stay constantly updated on trends, not only in conversation topics but also in creativity, design, and production.- Collaborate with the Community Management team to identify communication opportunities within the community.- What will help you succeed:_- Believe and love what you do.- Have imagination and love innovating.- Being flexible & goal oriented.- Knowledge in **digital and content marketing.**:- **B2 English**We strongly believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
