**Main****Responsibilities**- Analysis, calculation and complete misc. Property Taxrenditions.- Questionnaires, change of address forms, Homestead exemption from counties- Assist with extensions for Property Tax and 1099- Assist with the estimation payments for Property Tax- Analyze, draft, and complete miscellaneous state tax forms and permits such as Sales Tax- Analyze the 1099 reports- Draft and file 1099s.- Assign and review state notice, draft letters, take action in responding or following up with responsible team members as necessary to resolve and close out all tax mail tickets in a timely manner.- Internal or external requests related to state documents and electronic signatures, including their follow-up.- Analyze Sales tax reports- Responsible for Sales Tax E-file confirmation- Follow-up on pending/abandoned tickets for misc. forms/tasks- Coordinate with the Accounting department and other business lines as necessary.- Keep the focus on clients to build strong relationships, foster loyalty, and ultimately achieve long-term success.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.- GPA or General Average: 8- Competency in QuickBooks is a plus.- Prior experience in accounting is preferred to be at least 2 years.- Bilingual- English and Spanish
